This hotel had a fantastic location right in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach shopping centers and a supermarket, plus it offered a spacious bedroom with a soft bed and friendly, top-class staff.

The service was absolutely good! Our room was spotlessly clean and beautiful with 2 bedrooms, and we liked having access to wake-up service. Helpful and top-class staff, answered all questions. The hotel was located in the heart of the city.

The location was perfect, very close to all the attractions like Mall of the Emirates and Grand Barsha department store. I would definitely recommend this place, it was just what we needed.

I had a great experience at City Stay Residences - Serviced Apartments Al Barsha. the receptionist was extremely helpful during check-in, allowing us to have an early check-in for a meeting we had. the housekeeping supervisor, Madam Joyce, went above and beyond to fulfill our additional requests with a warm personality. the amenities, including the kitchen with sufficient appliances, dishes, and utensils, allowed us to cook our own meals. the bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed and adequate storage in the closets. the wifi connection was reliable, and the gesture of providing two water bottles upon check-in was thoughtful. it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

The location for Dubai was particularly good and marvelous, right by the grand Barsha department store, the Mall of Emirates, and shops. The venue met my needs, and I couldn't recommend it more.
